Track customer payments
See who has paid, who owes you, and record payments manually.
See who has paid, who owes you, and record payments manually.
Keeping payments tidy means you always know where you stand financially — and which customers need a gentle nudge.
- Open Payments
From the sidebar, click Payments. You'll see every payment received — online, in person, and manual.
- Filter what you're looking at
Use the tabs at the top to switch between All, Paid, Pending, and Debts owed. Search by customer name to find a specific payment.
- Record a manual payment
Click Record Payment for cash, bank transfers, or any payment that didn't come through the storefront. Pick the customer, enter the amount, choose the method, and link it to an order or invoice if relevant.
- Follow up on debts
The Debts owed tab shows everyone with an unpaid balance. Click a name to see the breakdown, then tap Send Reminder to message them on WhatsApp.
- Match payments to orders
For partial payments, click an order and tap Add Payment to log each instalment. The order stays Pending until the full amount is recorded.
