Create and send invoices

Bill a customer and let them pay online.

Use invoices for services, custom orders, or when a customer wants a formal bill before paying.

1. Open Invoices

   From the sidebar, click Invoices, then New Invoice.

2. Pick the customer

   Choose an existing customer, or click Add new to enter their name, email, and phone.

3. Add line items

   Click Add Item for each thing you're billing. Pick a product or type a custom description, then set the quantity and price.

4. Set the due date

   Pick when payment is due. Boombiz can send the customer a reminder a few days before.

5. Send the invoice

   Click Send. The customer gets an email and WhatsApp message with a link. They can pay directly with card, transfer, or any payment gateway you've connected.

6. Track the status

   Back on the Invoices page, each invoice shows as Draft, Sent, Paid, or Overdue. Click any invoice to see when it was opened and paid.
