Create coupons and promotions

Run discount codes and timed product promotions on your storefront.

Promotions cover both manual coupon codes and automatic product campaigns. Use coupons for targeted offers and campaigns for site-wide sales.

1. Open Promotions

   Go to Promotions in the sidebar. At the top you'll see two tabs — Coupons and Campaigns — and a summary of active coupons, total redemptions and average discount.

2. Create a coupon code

   On the Coupons tab, click New coupon. Enter the code customers will type at checkout, pick Fixed amount or Percentage, and set the discount value.

3. Set limits on the coupon

   Add a start and end date so the code only works in that window. Set a usage limit (e.g. 100) to cap total redemptions. Toggle Active off to disable the code at any time.

4. Switch to Campaigns for product discounts

   Open the Campaigns tab. Campaigns apply discounts automatically to selected products in a date range — no code required.

5. Build a campaign

   Click New campaign. Enter the campaign name, discount % and date range, then pick which products the campaign applies to. Toggle Active to publish it.

6. Track performance

   Back on the Coupons tab, filter by Live to see what's currently running and watch the redemption counts update as customers check out.
