Process an order
From new order to delivered — the full fulfillment flow.
From new order to delivered — the full fulfillment flow.
Every paid order goes through four states: PAID → PACKED → SHIPPED → DELIVERED. Keeping the status current means customers always know where their order is.
- Open the order
Click Orders in the sidebar. New orders appear at the top with a PAID badge. Click the order number to open it.
- Check stock and customer details
Verify the items are in stock and the shipping address looks right. If anything is wrong, message the customer using the Contact button — their WhatsApp number is on the order page.
- Mark as packed
Once you've picked and packed the items, click Mark as Packed. This tells the customer their order is ready to ship.
- Add a tracking number
Click Add Tracking, paste the courier's tracking number, and pick the courier from the list. The customer gets an automatic update.
- Mark as delivered
When the courier confirms delivery (or your customer confirms receipt), click Mark as Delivered. The order moves to your completed list.
