Manage your customers

View, search, and update your customer list.

Your customer list is one of your most valuable assets. Keep it tidy and reach out when you have something new.

1. Open the Customers page

   From the sidebar, click Customers. You'll see everyone who has ordered from you or signed up to your storefront.

2. Search and filter

   Use the search bar to find a customer by name, email, or phone. Click a column header to sort by total spend, order count, or signup date.

3. View a customer's profile

   Click a customer's name to see their full order history, total spent, address, and contact details.

4. Add a customer manually

   Click Add Customer to record someone who ordered in person or by WhatsApp. Enter their name, phone, and email.

5. Export your list

   Click Export to download a CSV of all customers — useful for backups or running campaigns in other tools.
