A good FAQ cuts down on WhatsApp support messages and reassures customers before they buy. Start with the 5 questions you get asked most often.
- Open the FAQ page
From the sidebar, click FAQ.
- Add a question
Click Add Question. Type the question the way a customer would ask it ("How long does delivery take?") and write a clear answer.
- Group related questions
Use categories like "Delivery", "Returns", or "Payment" so the section is easy to scan.
- Reorder by dragging
Drag questions up or down to put the most important ones first.
- Save
Click Save. The FAQ shows up as a collapsible section on your storefront and on every product page.
